The Cocoplum is a Florida-native, salt-tolerant evergreen shrub ideal for coastal and tropical landscapes. It produces glossy green foliage and round edible fruits that mature to shades of purple, white, or pink depending on the variety. The fruit has a mildly sweet flavor and can be eaten fresh or used in jams and preserves. Cocoplum is excellent for hedges, borders, and erosion control near the coast, thriving in sandy soils and high heat.

Plant size: 4 – 15 ft tall (depending on form and pruning).
Season: Fruits mainly Spring – Summer.
