The Kaffir Lime, also known as Makrut Lime, is a unique citrus variety prized for its intensely aromatic leaves and distinctive fruit. The dark green, bumpy-skinned fruit contains very little juice but offers a strong, sharp citrus flavor, while the fragrant double-lobed leaves are widely used in Southeast Asian cuisine. This ornamental and productive tree is well suited for warm climates and container growing.
