The Ponca Blackberry is an early-season, thornless variety prized for its exceptionally sweet, low-acid berries and outstanding flavor. Developed by the University of Arkansas, Ponca produces firm, medium-sized berries on healthy, upright canes. It is considered one of the sweetest and best-flavored blackberries released by the Arkansas breeding program.
