The US SunDragon (or Sun Dragon) is a USDA-released hybrid citrus developed for improved tolerance to citrus greening (HLB), making it especially valuable for growing in Florida. This vigorous and productive tree produces large, peelable, orange-like fruit with a light orange flesh and slightly crisp texture. The flavor is mild and low in acidity, similar to a sweet orange with a distinctive zesty note, making it enjoyable for fresh eating.
