The Buddha’s Hand is a unique citron native to Asia, valued for its striking finger-like fruit and strong cultural symbolism of longevity, happiness, and good fortune. Unlike most citrus, the fruit contains no juice, seeds, or pulp—only a thick, spongy white pith and highly aromatic rind.
