Ein Shemer Apple trees are developed in Israel, ideal for hot climates with mild winters. They produce early-season crops of smooth, pale yellow apples with a soft blush. The fruit is medium to large and ripens even in areas with very few chill hours. 
 
Taste: Sweet, mildly tart, and juicy. The flesh is tender and refreshing, excellent for fresh eating or applesauce, though it’s softer than Anna or Dorsett Golden when fully ripe.
