The Soursop is a tropical Annona fruit native to the Caribbean and Central and South America. It produces large spiny fruit with creamy white, custard-like pulp and a flavor often compared to strawberry, pineapple, and citrus. Popular fresh or in smoothies and desserts, soursop is also highly valued in traditional medicine. The fruit and leaves are used in teas, juices, and remedies believed to support digestion, immunity, relaxation, and overall wellness.
