The Manzanillo Olive is one of the popular table olive varieties, originating in Spain and prized for its large fruit, rich flavor, and heavy production. The name Manzanillo means "little apple," referring to the olive's rounded shape. It produces attractive green fruit that ripens to deep purple-black and is excellent for both curing and oil production. With its ornamental silvery foliage and vigorous growth, it makes a beautiful and productive addition to home landscapes.
