The Vallenato Mango is a Colombian variety. The name "Vallenato" is derived from the city of Valledupar and the traditional music style of the region. Originally it was being called "Manzano". The fruit has a bright yellow skin with a crimson blush.
 
Taste: The flesh is firm, juicy, and pale yellow, with moderate fiber. It offers a mild, sweet flavor with a pleasant, strong aroma, reminiscent of citrus and apricot.
