The Pink Variegated Eureka Lemon is a unique and ornamental lemon variety discovered as a natural mutation on a Eureka lemon tree in Southern California in the early 20th century. It is known for its striking green-and-cream variegated foliage and eye-catching fruit. The lemons develop green and yellow striped skin and contain light pink flesh when ripe, offering a classic tangy lemon flavor.
