Anna Apple trees are ideal for warm climates and produce abundant crops of crisp, sweet-tart apples very early in the season. Developed in Israel, they’re specially adapted to areas with low chill hours. The apples are medium to large, with light green skin that blushes red when ripe, and white, firm flesh that’s excellent for fresh eating or baking.
Taste: Sweet and mildly tart, with balanced acidity. Crisp and refreshing when eaten fresh; holds up well in pies and sauces.
