The Banana Crush Jackfruit, also known as Banana Crunch, is a hard-to-find variety prized for its cream-colored, extra-crunchy flesh and distinctly sweet banana-like flavor. The large edible bulbs are aromatic and have an exceptionally firm, crisp bite. Banana Crush is also considered an “easy-peel” jackfruit, producing very little latex, so ripe fruit can be opened and cleaned much more easily than many traditional varieties.
