Blood orange trees are highly productive, producing sweet fruit with beautifully deep red flesh. Cooler temperatures enhance the pigmentation — the colder the season, the richer and darker the fruit color becomes.
The Budd Blood Orange was developed specifically for Florida’s climate and is known for producing some of the darkest fruit in the northern parts of the state.
