It is primarily a cooking banana, although it can also be eaten raw. It’s highly productive, heat-tolerant, and thrives in tropical and subtropical climates.
Taste: Sweet and mildly tart with a rich, hearty texture. When cooked, the flavor becomes creamy, nutty, and naturally sweet — perfect for both savory dishes and desserts.
