UF One Peach trees produce heavy annual crops early in the season. The fruit is semi-clingstone, medium to large in size, firm, and has yellow non-melting flesh that is juicy with a rich honeyed sweetness. It’s uniform, mostly symmetrical, and has a light red blush over about 40% of the skin, which deepens with sun exposure.
